3、eportedlevelschemeofCehasbeenupdated.Theoctupoledeformedcollectivebandshavebeenextendeduptohigherspinstates.Apossiblequasi-°bandstructurewasexaminedandreconstructedaccordingtoourdataanalysis.Inaddition,there°ectionasymmetric146shellmodelwasappliedtodescribetheoctupoledeformedbandsinCe,andth
4、ecalculatedresultsareingoodagreementwiththeexperimentaldataatlowerspins.Keywordshighspinstate,octupoledeformedband,quasi-°band,shellmodelThenucleiinA=140neutron-richregionhaveemittedbythe¯ssionfragments,andextendedthe¡¡beenstudiedveryextensivelyinrecentyears.Thesehigh-spinstatesupto11and15,
5、respectively.In[8]146neutron-richnucleihaveattractedcontinuingatten-anearlierpaper,thequasi-°bandstructureofCetion,sincetheycanprovideanopportunitytostudyhasbeensuggested,butthemembersofthequasi-°thetransitionfromthesphericalstructurenearthebandwerenotclearlydeterminedbecausethespinsN=82clo
