1、小学班级文化创建的策略研究【摘要】班级是学生最重要的成长环境之一,学生的全面发展离不开优秀的班级文化。处于成长认知阶段早期的小学生对班级文化的依赖性尤为强烈。因此小学班级文化创建策略的课题研究越来越受重视,本课题的研究目的:第一,为小学班级内的学习生活创造良好的文化环境,使小学生的个性潜能在和谐的班级生态中获得充分发展。第二,促进小学教师专业素质的完善提高,转变教师的教育观念。第三,通过研究丰富小学班级文化建设途径,积累班级文化建设的宝贵经验,响应新课程改革。本文通过文献法以及经验总结法,首先得出班级文化的定义以及创建小学班级文化的基本内容,进而论述了小
2、学班级文化对儿童成长影响的重要作用,最后分别从班级物质文化、班级制度文化、班级精神文化、班级活动文化和班级人际关系文化五个方面叙述了创建优秀小学班级文化的策略和建议。【关键词】班级文化小学班级实施策略-13-Thestrategiesforprimaryschoolclassesculturecreated【Abstract】Theclassesisoneofthestudentsarethemostimportantenvironmentforthegrowthandoveralldevelopmentofstudentswithoutagoodcla
