1、人性化护理在胆管结石手术患者护理中的效果分析(四川省内江市第一人民医院四川内江641000)目的：分析人性化护理在胆管结石手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将我院收治的84例肭管结石患者随机分为观察组42例和对照组42例。手术护理中，对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者行人性化护理干预。调查2组患者的护理满意度；于2组患者入院时及手术开展前，采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价患者的焦虑心理；并观察、统计2组患者的住院时间及术后并发症的发生率。结果：观察组患者对护理舒适度、护理全面性、护理质量三个项目的满意度依次为92.86%、95.24%、9

2、0.48%；对照组依次为76.19%、76.19%、73.81%。2组比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术前观察组患者的平均SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；且观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症的总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：于胆管结石手术护理中，应用人性化护理干预能有效减轻患者的焦虑心理，加快康复进程，并降低手术并发症的发牛.率，从而提高患者的护理满意度。【关键词】胆管结石；手术；人性化护理R47B1003-5028(2015)7-0327-02Analysisoftheappl
