1、中药痛经汤治疗原发性痛经42例的效果分析衢州市人民医院浙江衢州324000目的：研究中药痛经汤治疗原发性痛经的效果。方法：病例来源：我院2014年1月-2015年4月门诊接受治疗的83例原发性痛经患者，随机分为对照组丙医止痛组和治疗组中药痛经汤组两个组别。对照组以丙药消炎痛治疗；治疗组以中药痛经汤治疗。观察指标：1痛经治疗有效率；2副作用发生情况；3患者症状缓解时间的差异。结果：1治疗组相比于对照组痛经治疗有效率更高，X2统计处理有显著差异，P<0.05；2治疗组相比于对照组副作用发生情况更低，X2统计处理有显著差异，P<0.05；3治
