1、hs-CRP,NT-proBNP用于急性冠脉综合症的诊断和预后评价付治春1张惠军2(通讯作者)辽宁沈阳93277部队110000;2.武警北京总队医院100000目的:探讨急性冠脉综合症(ACS)患者血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),N-末端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)检测水平的临床意义。方法：选择急性冠脉综合症(ACS)患者95例，其中急性心肌梗死包括ST段抬高心肌梗死和非ST段抬高心肌梗死25例(STEMI，NSTEMI),不稳定型心绞痛70例(UAP),另选择116例健康体检者作为对照组。采用免疫比浊法检测血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP),N-
2、末端前脑钠肽NT-proBNP)水平。结果：急性冠脉综合症(ACS)患者血浆高敏C-反成蛋白(hs-CRP),N-末端前脑钠肽(N-proBNP),含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)；急性冠脉综合症(ACS)患者中，急性心肌梗死包括ST段抬高心肌梗死和非ST段抬高心肌梗死(STEMI,NSTEMI)的血浆高敏hs-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),N-末端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平明显高于不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者(p<0.01)o结论：对于急性冠脉综合症(ACS)患者，临床常规检测血浆高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),N-末端前脑钠肽(N-p
