2、I河南科技大学毕业论文摘要随着全球经济一体化的推进和我国经济的大力发展，我国企业依靠自身优势，走出国门，实施积极的跨国并购战略。跨国并购已经成为中国企业对外投资的主要方式。近年来，中国企业海外并购的数量日渐增长，规模日渐扩大。我国企业在实践“走出去”战略的过程中，大胆尝试跨国并购，颇有收获。然而由于中国企业缺乏跨国并购与经营的经验，在投资战略、目标企业的选择与评估、并购后整合等方面都存在一些问题，以致大部分的并购并不能取得预期的效果甚至是以失败告终。本文就我国企业跨国并购的现状及其在跨国并购中所面临的问题进行了简析，如我国企业在跨国并购面临的诸如政治环境、法律环境、经济环境
