1、莱英医药污水处理工程工艺设计摘要医药中间体实际上是一些用于药品合成工艺过程中的一些化工原料或化工产品。本设计为敦化莱英医药中间体化工废水处理设计。设计程度为初步设计。医药中间体废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,含有残余的生成物、反应物、催化物等,具有生物毒性,可生化性差。该医药中间体废水的处理水量为352m3/d,不考虑远期发展。原污水中各项指标为:COD浓度为3286mg/L,BOD浓度为1238mg/L,SS浓度为132mg/L,氨氮浓度为2.272mg/L。因该废水COD,BOD值较大,不经处理会对环境造成巨大的污染,故要求处理后的排放水标准要严格达到污水处理站
2、出水要求,即:COD≤500mg/L,BOD≤150mg/L,SS≤34mg/L。然后进入敦化市污水处理厂,由其处理达标排放。本文分析了医药中间体生产中废水产生的步骤,污染物及主要污染源,并从好氧、厌氧生物处理两方面来考虑了废水治理工艺,提出了UASB+接触氧化组合工艺流程。可将废水COD由3286mg/L降至500mg/L,BOD从1238mg/L降至150mg/L以下,SS由132mg/L降到34mg/L以下,出水符合标准。该工艺具有BOD容积负荷高,抗冲击负荷,污泥产率低,处理时间短,占地面积小的特点。从实际出发,该工艺投资、能耗和资源消耗最低、技术成熟。对于医药中间体工业废水的处理
