1、摘要本课题根据某棉纺厂要求完成精梳机外观造型及部分钣金设计、精梳机外观钣金及钳板给棉机构三维仿真设计。精梳机的主运动机构主要分为两部分,即钳板运动机构和分离罗拉运动机构,其好坏直接影响着精梳机的性能。所以对精梳机钳板机构进行运动学和动力学分析并在此基础上对其运动规律进行优化是很有必要的。为了进行精梳机钳板机构的仿真,本文的建模部分主要涉及车头箱驱动部分和钳板运动部分。精梳机在高速条件下稳定运行的关键是设法减小高速往复运动的钳板组件的运动惯量。减轻钳板组件的重量同时保持其足够的刚性、强度和韧性是减小钳板组件运动惯量的重要手段。钳板机构包括
2、上、下钳板,下钳板座,上钳板托脚,前后摆臂,导棉架,卷簧,齿轮及给棉罗拉等零件。精梳机锡林轴通过曲柄、滑杆带动钳板摆轴摆动。钳板后摆臂固定在钳板摆轴上,从而带动下钳板座前后摆动。本文的机械设计是采用自上而下的方法进行的,即从总装图开始,然后分拆部件,最后在进行零件的具体设计。关键词:精梳机钳板机构机构组成前后摆动-I-AbstractThistopicisbasedonacertaincottonmillsaskedtocompletecomberexteriormodellingandpartofthesheetmetaldesign
