2、锁图谱，并对重要农艺性状进行QTL定位，进而克隆相关性状的主效基因，是甘薯育种研究的重要方向。在甘薯的农艺性状中，高胡萝卜素含量是重要育种目标之一。本研究利用低胡萝卜素含量甘薯品种漯徐薯8号(母本)和高胡萝卜素含量甘薯品种郑薯20(父本)杂交，以F1分离群体240个株系为材料，构建分子连锁图谱。父本57个连锁群，图谱的总长度4968.62cM，标记间平均距离10.35cM；母本64个连锁群，图谱总长度为5313.67cM，标记间平均距离10.76cM。以测定的β-胡萝卜素含量为指标，用MapQTL4.0软件检测到1
