4、45765G3B(deepwaterrice),Zhongzheyou1(lowlandrice)andZhonghan221(uplandrice)asmaterialatfourrhizosphereoxygenconcentrationlevels,1.0mg/L(T1,hypoxia),3.0mg/L(T2),5.5mg/L(T3)and7.5mg/L(T4,saturatedoxygenconcentration).Theresultsshowedthatundervariousrhizosphereoxygenconcertration
5、sthegrainyieldanddrymatteraccumulationsignificantlydifferedamongcultivars,andfollowedatrendofT2>T1>T3>T4.ForIR45765G3BandZhonghan221,theimpactongrainyieldwasmainlyduetograinnumberperpanicleandseedGsettingrate.ForZhongzheyou1,itwasduetotheabovetwofactorsandeffectivepaniclenumbe
6、r.Incaseofnitrogenaccumulationandutilization,thenitrogenabsorptionunderT1andT2wasenhancedduringearlygrowthstage.AerationcouldincreaseNaccumulationduringlategrainfillingstage,buthinderNtransferringtograinunderexcessiveoxygenconcentration.Inaddition,nitrogenutilizationefficiency
7、(NUE)inT2wasthehighest,6.9%,12.8%,13.8%higherthanthoseinT1,meanwhileNdrymatterproductionefficiencywasenhancedduetorhizosphereaerationduringvegetativegrowthstage.Inall,rhizosphereoxygenconcentrationof3.0mg/LeffectivelyenhancegrainyieldandNabsorptionandutilizationofthreericegeno
