4、classifiedintoindicatypeareresistanttoRSV,and7indicalandracesand1indicaclinouslandracearealsoresistanttoRSV;however,twointermediatelandracesaresusceptibletoRSV.Inaddition,fiftyGninetypicaljaponicalandracesaresusceptibletoRSV.Thestatisticalanalysisindicatedthereexistedsignificantl
5、ynegativecorrelationbetweenestimatedindicagenefrequencyandtheRSVdiseaseincidence.TheseresultsshowthatthelandGracesharboringmoreindicagenearemoreresistanttoRSVdiseaseandtypicaljaponicalandracesallshowsusceptibilitytoRSV.Therefore,itwasspeculatedthattheRSVresistancegeneoriginatedfr
6、omindicavarieties.Keywords:ricestripevirusdisease;indicaGjaponicadifferentiation;indicagenefrequency范方军,杨杰,王军,等.水稻条纹叶枯病的抗性与籼G粳分化的相关性.中国水稻科学,2013,27(5):553G558.摘要:利用国内外的119份地方水稻品种资源材料通过InDel分子指数法分析水稻条纹叶枯病的抗性与籼粳分化的关系.在119份水稻品种中48份典型籼稻,其中47份抗水稻条纹叶枯病;7份籼稻和1份偏籼的水稻品种,也都抗条纹叶枯病;2份中间型的水稻品
7、种,不抗条纹叶枯病;2份粳型的水稻品种,抗条纹叶枯病;59份典型粳稻品种,都不抗水稻条纹叶枯病.相关性分析表明籼型基因频率与水稻条纹叶枯病发病率呈极显著负相关.这些结果表明携带籼型基因频率越高的水稻材料,对水稻条纹叶枯病的抗性越强,而典型粳稻都表现为感病,推测水稻条纹枯病抗病基因可能起源于籼稻.关键词:水稻条纹叶枯病;籼粳分化;籼型基因频率中图分类号:S435?111?4+2;S511?023文献标识码:A文章编号:1001G7216(2013)05G0553G06水稻是世界重要的粮食作物,也是中国第一大淮流域的危害得到了有效控制.[1]粮食作物.水稻条
