1、摘要本工程位于江西省南昌市经济技术开发区的帝泊湾小区的商业会所，根据毕业设计的要求，结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、规程等资料，编制的单位工程施工组织设计文件。一个科学的施工组织设计，将使建筑施工活动协调有序，提高工作效率，达到缩短工期、降低成本、争创优质的效果，并争评省优秀工程。本单位工程施工组织设计分为八章，分别是工程概况、施工方案、工程量计算书、施工准备、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工平面布置、安全施工的措施。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸，估算出整个工程量，并结合预算定额的相关要求和规范，合理安排施工顺序，充分利用机械设备，努力提高劳动效率，组织现场安全、文
