2、聘。网上招聘与传统招聘相比有招聘范围广、信息量大、可挑选余地大、费用低的优势，因此获得了越来越多公司企业的认可，同时它有着运营成本低、虚拟库存、用户更加检索方便、地域限制少等特点。本文首先对开发目标和用户需求进行了分析，再给出系统的总体设计方案。系统主要包含的模块是：求职人员及企业用户注册登陆、管理基本信息、管理招聘信息、管理通知、权限管理等。论文以功能模块为单位详细叙述了招聘信息的发布与管理系统的实现过程，系统中大部分模块的操作基本类似，具有数据库连接、修改、查询、删除等功能。关键词：招聘系统;招聘网站;招聘管理。IABSTRACTAlongwiththe
