1、摘要固体激光器由于功率能量较大而机械工作简单等特点,现在在各行各业都有很好的应用,并且朝着更加发展的方向迈进。本文先系统阐述了固体激光器的起源、基本结构、工作原理;再特别列举了几种典型的固体激光器,通过相互比较而总结出了固体激光器的优缺点;然后对固体激光器在工业加工、军事领域和生物医学等三个方面的应用进行了介绍;最后分析出了固体激光器的发展方向。关键词:固体激光器;激光器;工作原理;基本结构;应用ABSTRACTSolidstatelaserbecauseofit,shighpowerenergyandthecharacteristicsofsimplemechan
