1、摘要此计算书主要阐述剪力墙高层住宅楼设计。涉及内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。结构采用剪力墙结构体系。本建筑物长35m,宽13m,占地面积426,总建筑面积5100。建筑层数为地上十二层,地下一层,十三层为电梯机房。本设计按7度抗震设防烈度进行设计,设计地震分组为第一组,场地类别为Ⅱ类,使用年限为50年。设计分为两部分:第一部分是建筑部分,包括建筑的平面设计,建筑立面的设计,建筑剖面设计,建筑构造做法及材料的选用。本建筑设计采用了单元式的平面组合,使单元内各房间相对独立、安静,不被穿越但又有一定的联系,满足使用要求。第
