2、林省农安县植保植检站,吉林长春130200)摘要:【目的】探讨玉米孕穗期根系对低温的生理响应机制,分析不同低温胁迫时间下,玉米根系生理指标的动态变化规律,以期为玉米抗低温冷害生理研究提供重要的理论依据.【方法】以2种耐寒性不同的玉米品种先玉335和东单213为试验材料,于孕穗初期(出苗后第45天)移至人工气候室内进行低温处理,研究低温对孕穗期玉米根系保护酶活性及相关生理性状的影响,并对各项生理指标的相关性进行分析.【结果和结论】随着低温胁迫时间的延长,先玉335的平均SOD、POD和CAT活性以及脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均高于东单213,丙二醛
