2、81;东北农业大学农学院,黑龙江哈尔滨150030摘要:结荚习性是大豆[Glycinemax(L.)Merr.]最重要的株型相关性状之一。分别在自然光照、短日照(12h)、长日照(16h)条件下,通过形态观察和解剖学研究,比较短花序有限结荚习性大豆品种中黄13、长花序有限结荚习性品种凤交66-12和无限结荚习性品种中黄24顶端花序分化过程的差异。结果表明,有限结荚习性品种出苗后20~24d即开始顶端花序分化,分化持续时间12~16d,比无限结荚习性品种分化起始早,持续时间长;长花序有限型品种凤交66-12
3、比短花序有限型品种中黄13顶端花序分化的起始时间早,分化速度快;无限结荚习性品种顶端花序发育起始日期较晚,分化时间短。短日照可使大豆顶端花序发育起始时间提前,分化期缩短,长日照则相反,说明光照长度对大豆顶端花序的发育有明显影响。关键词:大豆;结荚习性;顶端花序;解剖学MorphologicalandAnatomicCharacteristicsonTerminalRacemeDevelop-mentofSoybeanVarietieswithDifferentStemTerminationTypes1,2
