1、在经前针刺十七椎穴护理原发性痛经的临床研究忠新丰高忠会李玉洁上海仁济医院第一附属医院【摘要】目的通过观察月经来潮前针刺十七椎穴治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效，为针灸治疗原发性痛经的穴位选择提供参考。方法将符合纳入标准的患者40例随机分为两组，其中治疗组(针刺十七椎穴)20例予针刺疗法3个疗程，空白对照组(不予针刺)20例。参照COX痛经症状量表(theCoxMenstrualSymptomScale)进行痛经临床症状评分，分别记录观察组和对照组护理前和护理后的痛经症状总频率(持续总时间)和痛经症状严重程度总分，并比较两组之间的差异。结果观
