1、建筑给排水设计说明书摘要本工程是江西景德镇市高层建筑楼，是一栋典型的高层商住楼，建筑高度为92.6米。该建筑地下一层为车库，地下室地面标高为-5.00m；地上27层，1~4层为商场，层高4.2~5.4m；5~27层为住宅，层高3.4m。具体布置如工程图纸所示。水源由市政给水管网提供，其常年压力为300KPa，埋深为-1.0m。本设计的给排水系统为：生活给水系统、消火栓给水系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、生活污废水排水系统、雨水系统共五个系统。给水系统：水源由市政给水管网供给，商住楼生活给水系统分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三区，Ⅰ区1~4层由市政管网供水，Ⅱ
2、区5~16层由变频调速恒压给水系统供水，Ⅲ区17~27层由变频调速恒压给水系统供水。消防系统：消防系统采用消火栓灭火系统和自动喷淋灭火系统相结合的方式，地下一层消防贮水池贮备3小时消防栓给水用水量和1小时自动喷淋灭火系统用水量，火灾前10分钟用水由屋顶消防水箱供给。排水系统：该设计排水系统采用生活污水和生活废水分流排放，商场污水单独排出，住宅排水系统分为两个区，5~7层卫生器具单独排放，8~27层住宅排水汇合后排放；住宅卫生间排水和厨房排水立管均设专用通气立管通气。污水经过化粪池处理后，排放到市政污水管网，废水直接排放到市政污水管网。
