1、小名的毕业设计安徽工程大学毕业设计(论文)摘要该废水处理工程日处理平均总规模为4666.7m3/d。所选用的污水处理工艺为:废水从进水到格栅,再到调节池,由污水泵进入集水井,然后进入升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB),再进入接触氧化反应池,最后排入水体。污泥处理流程为:从升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)和SBR反应池排出的污泥进入污泥井,通过潜污泵送入浓缩池,然后进入脱水机房,最后外运处置。通过设计工艺处理啤酒酿造废水,使其达标排放。实现水资源的回收利用。废水处理厂处理后的出水要达到国家污水综合排放(GB8978
2、—1996)中的二级排放标准。本设计所选择的UASB+SBR工艺完全能达到所期望的处理效果。通过这次设计可以得出的结论是:对于高浓度的有机废水,可以先用厌氧处理,在厌氧处理之后在进行好养处理,不仅可以使其废水达标排放,同时产生的沼气可以作为能源燃烧,一定程度上减少工程运行成本。目前我国啤酒酿造废水的处理工艺还不够成熟,通过这次的设计,可以在一定程度上对我国啤酒酿造废水的处理起到推进的作用,厌氧与好养结合的方法对于处理那些高浓度的有机废水是很有用处的,也很适合我国啤酒酿造废水的处理关键词:升流式厌氧污泥床
