1、本科毕业设计(论文)说明书光驱类产品的数字化建模与运动仿真摘要摘要光驱类产品工业生产的蓬勃发展,使得光驱类产品制造技术也必须不断改进。随着经济全球化的发展,产品的市场竞争日趋激烈,客户对产品多样化和个性化的要求愈加迫切。市场竞争的核心是产品创新,产品创新主要体现在对客户的响应速度和响应品质上。虚拟制造技术是许多先进学科领域知识的综合集成与应用,它以参数化建模技术,计算机仿真技术,分析优化技术为基础,在产品设计阶段或产品制造之前,实时、并行地模拟出产品的未来制造全过程及其对产品设计的影响,预测产品的性能、成本和可
2、制造性,以达到产品的开发周期和成本的最优化,生产效率的最高化之目的。本文中将阐述国内外虚拟制造技术的研究状况和发展趋势,针对现有光驱类产品设计中的不足,将虚拟制造技术引入光驱类产品设计领域。在研究光驱类产品设计的基础上,利用AutodeskInventor2009,采用参数化设计方法,构建了光驱类产品的三维实体模型,并进行虚拟装配,建立光驱类产品的虚拟样机。利用装配运动对模型进行碰撞、干涉检测,验证模型的正确性。最后,利用InventorStudio对模型进行渲染,输出静态效果图与运动动画。关键词:光驱类产品;
