1、河南工程学院毕业设计河南工程学院毕业设计(论文)低频功率放大器学生姓名:系(部):电气信息工程系专业:电气自动化技术指导教师:2010年6月10日29河南工程学院毕业设计摘要低频功率放大器是目前普遍应用于音频放大上的一种放大器,本方案采用分立MOS管IRF640和IRF9640组成,分立元件功放的优点是可以对工作状态和性能进行逐级调整,具有通频带宽,负载能力强,高保真等优点。本设计的低频功率放大器同时还具有测量显示功率输出、电源供给功率和整机效率的功能。本文首先对功率放大器的课题背景作简要的说明,随后对功率放大器的一些基础知识进行介绍。此外,相应的介绍低频功率放大器的各单元电路———前
