1、空气热源热泵单元的设计摘要:随着工业革命的发展,19世纪初,人们对能否将热量从温度较低的介质“泵”送到温度较高的介质中这一问题发生了浓厚的兴趣。英国物理学家J.P.Joule提出了“通过改变可压缩流体的压力就能够使其温度发生变化”的原理。1854年,W.Thomson教授(即大家熟知的LordKelvin勋爵)发表论文,提出了热量倍增器(HeatMultiplier)的概念,首次描述了热泵的设想。并开始慢慢实现了它的价值.本文所设计的空气热源热泵就是通过消耗少部分电能,把热量从低温热源转移到高温热源中。它利用逆卡诺循环原理,以制冷剂R-22为媒介,通过压
2、缩机的做功,实现低温热能向高温热能的搬运。压缩机排出的高温高压的制冷剂气体在冷凝器中冷凝成液体,同时放出大量的冷凝热,冷凝热被热泵单元中的的低温空气吸收,使得热泵单元中的空气的温度得以升高,制冷剂液体经过热力膨胀阀以后压力大幅降低,在蒸发器器中吸热蒸发,蒸发所需热量全部来自于空气,全部蒸发完毕的低压制冷剂气体被压缩机吸入,通过压缩机做功后,变成了高温高压的制冷剂气体,重新由压缩机排气口排出,如此往复循环。转移到高温热源中的热量包括消耗的高品质热量和从低温源中吸收的热量。关键字:压缩机 冷凝器 风扇 蒸发器 Air-SourceHeatPumpSystem
