1、某电厂空气分级低NOx燃烧技术改造摘要:在燃煤电厂锅炉燃烧中,NOx生成浓度高,排放量大,严重影响大气环境品质。燃煤电站锅炉NOX的排放特性不但与燃烧技术有关,而且与煤种、炉温、锅炉容量、锅炉结构以及运行参数等因素有关。对电站锅炉NOX生成原理和降低NOX排放浓度的途径进行了介绍,通过对锅炉内采用低NOX燃烧器、燃料分级燃烧以及空气分级燃烧等几种低NOX燃烧技术的分析,得出采用空气分级降低NOX的排放是目前证明的最简便、投资最省的手段。具体到本课题就是通过某电厂实际使用情况,现场了解采用空气分级后不同的二次风配风情况下,NOx排放特性以及燃尽风开度对NOx排放特性的
2、影响。大量的炉膛温度数据表明,改造后炉膛温度场保持正常。SOFA开度对锅炉NOx排放量有直接影响且SOFA风大小变化后炉膛出口烟温和排烟温度无大幅变化,主燃区无超温。二次风配风调整对NOx排放量影响有限。氧量过高会使火焰上移,进而造成炉膛出口烟温和排烟温度偏高,运行时应注意氧量控制。关键词:燃煤锅炉;NOX;空气分级;SOFA。中图分类号:TP2AirclassificationofapowerplantwithlowNOxCombustionTechnologyAbstract:Inthecoal-firedpowerplantboilercombustion,N

5、oreduceNOXemissions.Specifictothisissueisthroughtheactualuseofapowerplant,thesceneatdifferentsecondaryairwiththewindcase,NOxemissioncharacteristics,andSOFAopeningoftheNOxemissioncharacteristics.Alargenumberoffurnacetemperaturedatashowthatthetransformationoflow-NOxburners,thefurnacetemp
6、eratureremainednormal.SOFAopeningoftheboilerNOxemissionshaveadirectimpactandthesizeofchangesinSOFA,afterthewindsmokeamoderatefurnaceexitgastemperaturewithoutsignificantchangesintheprimarycombustionzonewithoutover-temperature.TheadjustmentofsecondaryairwiththewindhaslessinfluentonNOxemi
