1、内蒙古科技大学本科生毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)题目:基于虚拟仪器的风扇故障检测系统学生姓名:****学号:*****专业:测控技术与仪器班级:测控***班指导教师:****副教授基于虚拟仪器的风扇故障检测系统摘要风扇故障检测在风扇出厂过程中得到广泛应用,目前广泛采用的方法有振动诊断技术和声频诊断技术,但振动诊断技术是接触式测量,需克服测试线线体振动的影响,设备结构复杂,速度慢。本文采用基于虚拟仪器的音频故障诊断系统,构建高精度,低成本,功能灵活的故障诊断系统。在系统设计上,结合故障诊断的功能和虚拟仪器
2、的设计方法,从硬件和软件方面张开系统设计。首先在保证系统可靠性和可行性的前提下,用计算机本身的声卡代替专用的数据采集卡进行数据采集,实现44.1kHz采样频率,16位采样深度,对风扇声信号进行实时采集。然后,在LabVIEW平台下完成信号显示,信号分析,信号输入输出,数据保存与处理等应用程序和人机交互界面设计,完成音频信号的实时采集与显示,谐波失真分析,短时加窗处理等多种功能于一体的故障检测系统设计。系统经过测试,满足了风扇故障检测的需求,具有成本低廉,检测方便,性能稳定可靠等特点,可以推广到声音识别
