1、摘要轮胎磨边机用于研磨轮胎的胎侧,使硫化在胎侧中的白色橡胶显露,形成胎侧上的白色花纹及文字。系统控制设计主要采用基于PLC控制,根据工艺要求,系统硬件设计以FX2N-64MR型PLC基本模块为处理中心。输入部分的器件有:传感器(变送器),行程开关,触摸屏,FX2N-4AD转换模块。其相应的功能为:传感器采集温度、压力,经过FX2N-4AD特殊模块转换后送入处理中心,行程开关在工艺过程中承担定位及反馈等功能,触摸屏上设置按钮等来控制系统。输出部分的器件有:FX2N-4DA模块,变频器,电动机,电磁阀,继电器,接触器等。其相应功能为:D
2、/A模块对基本模块送出的数据进行处理后送到变频器;处理中心通过接触器、变频器来控制电机,通过继电器控制电磁阀,然后控制气缸的动作;在触摸屏上显示相关参数(如压力、温度等)及运行状态。软件设计以梯形图为设计基础,设计了自动及手动程序,包括对研磨期间的温度、压力的转化,研磨轮胎计数,运行时间的计算等。系统经过仿真调试,实现的功能有:温度显示,压力显示,生产计数显示,频率设定,手动运行,自动运行等。关键词:PLC;A/D转换;D/A转换;变频调速;触摸屏;AbstractTiregrindingmachineisusedforgrindi
