1、摘要采掘机械化是煤炭工业增加产量,提高劳动效率,改善劳动条件,保障安全生产的必要技术手段。机电一体化,自动化煤矿开采技术装备的研制是实现高效生产的基本保障。该论文以许厂煤矿为基础,结合该矿的煤层情况、煤质情况、煤层顶底板情况、水文地质情况和瓦斯情况进行综合分析并加以计算。本设计主要从矿井地理位置,井田走向,顶底板条件,水文地质,矿井开拓系统,通风及排水要求,主副井系统,主运输系统等矿井基本情况出发,分成三大部分进行选型设计:工作面机电设备选型计算,流体机械(排水、通风)选型计算,运输提升设备选型计算。
2、工作面机电设备包括采煤机的选型计算,工作面刮板输送机的选型计算以及液压支架的选型计算。流体机械包括矿井排水设备的选型计算和矿井通风系统设备的选型计算。运输提升设备包括可伸缩带式输送机和通用带式输送机的选型设计以及主井提升机的选型设计。在以安全第一的前提下,严格管理,从而实现真正的效益最大化。关键词:采掘机械化;选型设计;设备配套;采掘机械;运输提升;通风排水ABSTRACTMiningmechanizationofthecoalindustrytoincreaseproduction,improvel
