1、西安市综合科研楼给排水工程设计摘要该建筑为综合科研楼,位于西安市,建筑高度为60.85米,总建筑面积约1.8万平方米。本建筑物所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:给水系统:本建筑地下一层至地上二层由室外市政管网直接供水,三至十六层采用变频水泵、屋顶水箱相接合的给水方式。排水系统:本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了UPVC排水塑料管,为此可进一步提高环境质量。地下室内消防电梯井旁、泵房地面均设有集水坑和废水提升装置。消防系统:该建筑防火等级属于
