1、学号:********毕业设计(论文)题目滕东煤矿半孤岛工作面防灭火技术研究摘要我国煤炭自燃火灾十分严重,在开采煤层中大约有50%的矿井存在自然发火危险,据统计我国煤矿自燃火灾约占矿井火灾的70%。近年来我国广泛采用综采放顶煤开采技术,使开采效率大幅提高,但这种采煤方法采空区遗留残煤多、冒落高度大、漏风严重,使得自燃火灾发生频繁。本文首先细致分析了煤炭自燃发火的基本理论,包括自然发火的影响因素、早期识别与预防以及其防治技术;再结合滕东煤矿概况及其半孤岛工作面自然发火情况找出火灾隐患点并且采取一定合理的防灭火措施;最后,通过对工作面的
2、温度和相关火灾指标气体的监测判断所采取的防治措施是否起到了作用。在现场采取注浆、注胶、设隔离墙等防灭火措施前后,分别经温度传感器和取样束管获得有关温度和火灾指标气体的数据,再利用Excel软件绘制出温度和煤炭自燃的标志性气体的浓度变化曲线,经分析发现与所研究工作面相邻的采空区的指标气体CO浓度的平均值由97.5ppm降低到20.5ppm,乙烯值恒为0,平均温度降低了4℃;另一方面所研究的工作面的CO和乙烯一直为0。综上说明本技术方案在半孤岛工作面防灭火方面取得了良好的效果,具有重要的实际应用价值。关键词:煤矿,半孤岛,火灾,防治AB
