1、摘要大庆油田经过几十年的开发建设,目前已全面进入“双高”(高采出程度、高含水率)和产量总递减阶段,地面油气集输系统的负荷普遍下降,运行效率较低,系统能耗偏高。针对油田面临的这种生产现状,开展特高含水期原油集输系统能量最优利用研究,对于控制原油生产中能耗上升,降低原油生产成本,实现油田地面工程高效、低耗、有序调整和科学管理将起到重要作用。本文针对大庆油田集输系统的实际情况,主要进行以下几个方面的研究工作:(1)分析了集输流程的结构及工艺特点,将集输系统分解为联合站、转油站、集输管网等若干个子系统,分别建立了各子系统的能量平衡分析模型,给出了各子系
2、统的效率分析方法;(2)根据集输工艺特点,采用流体力学、工程热力学等理论,给出了集输系统效率计算方法;(3)采用C#.Net平台,开发完成了原油集输系统效率和能耗分析的Web应用程序,该系统能够实现集输系统效率分析、运行现状诊断、调整改造方案模拟等功能;(4)运用所开发的系统对测试区块原油集输系统效率和能耗分布状况进行分析研究,找出系统用能存在的薄弱环节及节能潜力。关键词:C#;Access;集输;优化;节能AbstractDaqingoilfieldhavealreadyenteredthestageofhighrecoverypercent

6、alanceanalysismodelsareestablished,methodsofefficiencycalculationarealsopresentedrespectively.(2)Accordingtotheresearchonheatingmode,networkpatternandpipelinenumberofoilgatheringprocess,withtheadoptionofhydromechanics,engineeringthermodynamicsandothertheories,methodsofthermo
7、dynamiccalculationofnetworksystemareconcluded.(3)ByusingC#.Netplatform,acrudeoilgatheringandtransportationsystemefficiencyandenergyconsumptionanalysisofWebapplicationsisprogrammed.Itcanrealizeoilgatheringprocessoftreetypeblendingwatersystemefficiencyanalysis,diagnosingofpres
