6、··········································24参考文献···························································24摘要针对现在除尘器的诸多不足,在这里本文详细介绍了脉冲袋式除尘器的硬件结构、工作原理以及此系统的优点,还在硬件方面重点介绍了脉冲的发生与系统的稳定性的兼容设计,软件方面重点介绍了单片机的脉冲发生程序的设计。并给出了有关控制软件的流程图和功能图,阐述了脉冲喷吹控制仪的优点和编程方法,还有实际运行的诸多

7、问题。关键词:脉冲喷吹控制仪,除尘器,单片机,光耦,数码管,锁存器。第一章工业除尘器的国内外应用现状根据国家环保总局测算,我国环境问题所造成的损失约占国民生产总值的10%,污染问题已经十分严重,因此环保要求也日趋严格,国家已经对烟尘及SO2的排放提出更加严格的要求。一部分地方环保部门提出了更严格的要求,北京市烟尘和SO2的排放允许质量浓度严于很多先进国家标准,目前四电场静电除尘器改为五电场、六电场也很难满足上述要求。与此同时,SO2排放标准也相应提高。为减少排放,许多电厂将燃用低硫煤或采取相应的脱硫设施,从而导致

8、静电除尘器的除尘效率下降,尤其对于煤中硅、铝含量超过85%的电厂,采用静电除尘器处理的烟尘排放质量浓度已远远达不到环保要求。根据当前形势,静电除尘器改造为布袋除尘器已经势在必行。1.1除尘器应用现状除尘装置的选择以静电除尘器和布袋除尘器为主。20世纪70年代静电除尘器在国内就已经应用于火力发电厂,如吉林热电厂、保定发电厂。1974年福建邵武电厂在锅炉改造时首次采用国产双室
