1、异型竖板式降膜蒸发器的设计摘要我国是世界上生产乳类产品的大国，特别是奶粉产品的加工生产在我国的食品加工行业内具有重要地位。因此，为了创造更高的商品价值和生产效率，我国的食品机械设计人员不断实现加工设备的技术创新与改进。近年来，降膜式异形竖板蒸发器脱颖而出，在奶粉加工设备的浓缩环节被广泛使用，并且获得好评。降膜式异形竖板蒸发器是根据薄膜传热理论和板式换热器原理发展起来的一种高效，节能、新型蒸发设备,它与管式降膜蒸发器相比，具有传热效率高传热效率高、物料受热时间短、挂料量少、不易结垢且结垢易清洗等诸多优点。但
