1、山东科技大学本科毕业设计(论文)摘要本设计是根据北洺河给定铁矿的矿石性质和选矿试验结果进行的选矿厂工艺初步设计,选矿厂设计规模为350万吨/年。根据所给矿石的性质、选矿试验的结果及选矿厂的实践经验进行了工艺流程的选择,完成了设计规模为350万吨/年选矿厂初步设计。该选厂的工艺流程为:一段开路自磨,二段闭路球磨,螺旋分级机分级,三段磁选;如最终铁精矿含硫量超标,则三磁精矿自流至搅拌槽,加药后给入浮选机,进行反浮选脱硫,之后浓缩磁选铁精矿,该精矿再经过滤,得到最终铁精矿。铁精矿指标为:品位67.0%,含硫量0.29
2、%,回收率86.26%,投资回收期2.59年。另外,磁尾磁选得到二级品铁精矿,其品位为40%,回收率4.41%。浮选流程为:一粗选两精选一扫选,硫精矿经浓缩压滤得到最终产品。硫精矿指标为:品位35%,回收率49.11%。设计内容主要包括:流程的设计与计算,主要设备的选择和相关设计图纸的绘制以及经济概算。关键词:铁矿厂设计;铁矿选矿;磨矿;磁选;浮选。III山东科技大学本科毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTThedesigningscaleofthisIronOrebeneficiationplantis350mi
