1、苏建阳光新城扩初项目01幢商业楼结构设计摘要本设计题是苏建阳光新城扩初项目01幢商业楼。要求在给定建筑图和地质勘探报告的条件下，根据国家现行建筑、结构规范，进行计算设计，并绘制结构施工图。该商业楼为四层框架结构，总建筑面积4536平方米，建筑基底面积1134平方米，各层层高为4.5米，底层层高4.8米，总高19.5米。本设计主要进行了结构方案中横向框架5轴框架的抗震设计。在确定框架布局之后，先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自震周期，进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小，进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结
2、构内力（弯矩、剪力、轴力）。接着计算竖向荷载（恒载及活荷载）作用下的结构内力，最后找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。此外,运用PKPM结构设计软件，对结构进行电算设计，导出结构计算简图、荷载图、内力图；运用AutoCAD利用电算的配筋面积进行结构施工图的绘制。通过设计本工程，使各专业知识得到了很好的融会贯通,进行了全面的总结。[关键字]：框架结构设计抗震设计PKPMAbstractThisconstructiondesignisthe01commercialbuildingofSujianSu
