1、摘要北国温泉人力资源管理系统，以帮助企业达到企业职员信息管理办公自动化、节约管理成本、提高企业职员信息管理管理工作效率的目的。根据实际需求，“北国温泉人力资源管理系统”项目采用模块化的设计思想，在WindowsXP操作系统环境下，搭建JSP运行环境JDK+TOMCAT，通过使用JAVA语言完成动态的、交互的web服务器应用程序，采用SSH技术实现员工管理、部门管理、权限管理、考勤管理、以及用户管理和信息查询、以及用户密码修改功能。本系统具有多方面特点：系统功能完备，用户使用方便简捷，人性化的用户界面，安全保密设置齐全，大大减少了操作人员和用户的工作负担，提高了企业职员信息管理的工作效率和企
