1、┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊装┊┊┊┊┊订┊┊┊┊┊线┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊┊自动剪板机设计[摘要]本文设计了一台自动剪板机,此剪切机用于剪切厚为0.2~0.3mm,最大宽度为2000毫米的板带,裁剪的钢板规格为1m×2m×3mm.剪断时间小于10s,重点就剪板机压紧装置、放料装置、剪板机结构进行了设计,在设计中通过对比国内外剪板机,力求设计出结构简单,操作方便,同时经济、合理的剪板机,具体设计思路上:利用液压系统控制刀架,大大减少了剪切的时间并且提高了剪切精度,采用自动送料机构以提高剪板机的自动化性能。
