1、统表C01-3技术交底记录工程名称：中铁置业水映加州（青竹湖畔住宅小区南区）三期高层F-4#栋工程编号：施工单位中铁天丰建筑工程有限公司长沙第一项目经理部交底日期年月日交底提要砖砌体施工技术交底交底内容：施工部署根据施工进度计划要求，砌体工程施工需提前穿插于主体结构工程施工过程中，当主体结构施工10层以上时，砌体工程开始进行一层砌体施工，现F4#栋计划于2014年9月开始进行施工，每层砌体施工时间约为7天。按照设计和施工规范要求，填充墙砌筑总体方案为：填充墙（除卫生间墙外）底部先用灰砂标砖砌筑200mm高，中部砌筑砌块至接近梁板底170≤B≤240mm宽空隙，待砌体充分沉实后（一般至少为14天
