3、yfoundationconceptintheHongKongcontext.1.2Forthepurposeofourdiscussion,indigenousphilanthropybroadlyreferstotherelatedprocessesof:(i)developingdifferenttypesofphilanthropicandcommunityresources,(ii)promotingprofessionalgrantmakingandeffectiveresourceallocation,and(iii)enhanc
