2、，某种程度上只能依靠自我积累来缓慢扩张。我国民营经济发展的首要难题就是如何解决融资难的问题，如何使整个经济社会在民营经济的带动下顺利发展。我国经济实力是否提高、产业结构能否调整的关键就是能否解决民营企业融资难；产权清晰，市场取向显著的民营企业是新时期我国对外直接投资的生力军。但由于各种原因，我国民营企业对外直接投资还缺乏正常的渠道，迫切需要从法律法规上合法化，在政策措施上大力鼓励和扶持。同时也认为民营企业具有企业体制优势、经营成本优势以及观念和体制制约、政策措施限制、民营企业自身的局限等不利条件。[关键词]民营企业投融资现状对策Fina
