3、omanincreasedsupplyoffemaleteacherswhocanactassupportiverolemodelstogirlsLowenrolmentcountries,especiallyinSSA,generallyhavemorementhanwomenasprimaryteachers.Genderinequityinenrolmentsatprimaryiscorrelatedwithgenderimbalanceintheteachingforce(Colcloughetal2003:70).TheMultiSiteTeacherEducatio

5、ithasproducedintohowPRESETisconducted,thekindofknowledgeandskillsteachereducationcurriculaseektopromote,perceptionsoftheeffectivenessoftraining,andissuesconcernedwithsupplyanddemandandcosts.ThelastsectionprofileswaysinwhichPRESETcouldbeimprovedtoincreasethechancesofmeetingthegoalsofEducation

6、forAll(EFA).TypesofPRESETTherearemanydifferentmodesofteachereducation.Simplifyingacomplexrealitytherearefourmainpathwaystobecomingaqualifiedteacherthatcanbefoundindifferentpartsofthedevelopingworld(Lewin1999).Theseare:·Full-timecertificate/diploma/undergraduatecollege-basedtraininginpurpose-
