3、ev,whereover200buildingshavebeendemolishedinrecentyears.Thebuildingsweredemolishedbecausetheirconstructionwascontrarytothelaw.Therealityisthatthereiseffectivelynopossibilitytobuildlegallyinthesecommunities,sincetheirstatushasnotbeenresolvedandthereisn
4、oauthoritytowhichapplicationsforbuildingpermitsmaybesubmitted.SeveralthousanddemolitionordersarependingintheNegev.Theseareimplementedonanarbitrarybasis,thoughtheintentionisdeliberate:tomakethelivesoftheresidentsunbearable,andtoforcetheBedouinArabresid
