4、reviewswillbeselectedfordetailedreviewoftheapplication.8.2.1tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformancerequirements(16points)tenderagentinstitutionssimilarprojecttenderperformance16points,bytwopartcomposition(1)agentsimilarprojectofcumulativebidamountscoredcalculationrulesfor:Agentwate
