6、能建筑外墙外保温系统施工质量山东金润建设有限公司好人佳家园项目部QC小组一、工程概况：鄄城县好人佳家园2#楼位于鄄城县青年路北，是一栋框架剪力墙结构住宅楼，无地下室，地上共19层，其中底层为车库和储藏室，顶层为设备层，中间的17层为住宅，建筑面积10664.2m2，本工程为鄄城县高层住宅节能示范项目，设计采用外墙外保温系统（格塑板，抗裂砂浆抹灰，涂料面层），集保温、防水、防尘、装饰功能于一体。本工程体量较大，楼层高，外保温施工面积达8200多平方米，要达到保温效果，保温板在抹灰基层上粘贴的牢固和稳定是本工程保温施工的重点和难点。二、小组概况1、小组介
