4、rojectgeneralsituation本工程拟建地点位于埃塞俄比亚南方民族州OMO地区Omo-Gibe河盆地，距首都亚地斯亚贝巴约850公里。海拔高度480m，平均降雨量1235mm，属炎热、干燥气候条件。土地地形大体平整，斜率2%。土地布置非常平整。TheprojectisproposedtobebuiltinSouthOmoZoneofSouthernNationsNationalitiesandPeoplesRegionalstateandlocatedinOmo-GibeRiverBasin.Theprojectsiteislocatedabout850km
