2、制等客观条件的限制，同时也由于民营企业自身的局限性看，导致民营企业在发展壮大的同时，也给社会造成了一定的负面影响。因此要对我国民营企业融资中存在的问题及其成因进行剖析并制定出相应的措施。本文对民营企业融资现状和融资困难的原因进行分析，得出我国民营企业的社会金融体系不够完善、信用担保不成熟、民营企业信息不对称、自身体制不健全、信用度低等都是造成民营企业自身抓起，切实提高企业总体素质，同时加速建立多层次、全方位、完善的民营企业融资支持体系和健全的经营机制，改善民营企业融资的宏观政策环境，才能保障民营企业健康快速的发展，促进我国国民经
