2、者和投资者直接对接，而对接的渠道就是互联网。P2P网贷平台区别于传统的银行信贷融资模式的重要特点就是大大消除了资金借贷双方的信息不对称程度。另外P2P网贷具有的其他特点包括：成本低，门槛低，收益高等。很大程度上弥补了银行在小额贷款业务上的空白，而且给有投资需求的资金盈余者更多的投资选择。本设计是基于Android客户端和PHP服务端的P2P网贷交易系统。在此平台上，资金融资者（借款方）可以通过交易平台申请自己的借款项目，借款项目在经过审核，确定利率，签订协议之后将会发布在交易平台上。资金盈余者（投资方）可以在交易平台上浏览所有的借款标，选择自己感兴趣的借款标进行投资。融资成功，借款方即可将资金
