1、XXX大厦建筑给水排水工程设计XXXX学院土木工程学院给水排水工程2007届XX指导教师:XX摘要:本设计为二十一层综合楼,建筑类别为一级,防火等级为中危险级Ⅰ级。须设建筑给水排水、消防、热水系统。该建筑地下二层为水池、泵房、设备间、换热间、车库,地下一层为商场,地上一层为办公大厅,二至二十层为办公室,二十一层为越层与二十层相通。地下一层和一层有公共卫生间,底下二层有值班员卫生间,一至二十一层办公室内设有卫生间。生活给水系统:地下二层至三层由市政外网直接供水为低区,四至十二层为中区,十三至二十一
2、层为高区,中、高区由变频水泵供水。热水给水系统:本系统采用集中热水供应系统,闭式集中式分区热水供应系统。各区热水配水循环管网自成系统,加热设备、循环水泵集中设在地下二层,各区加热设备的冷水分别来自各区冷水水源。消火栓给水系统:竖直不分区,由设在地下二层消防泵房内的消防水泵向消火栓管网供水。闭式自动喷水灭火系统:不分区供水,五套报警阀组,水泵加压。关键词:给水系统,排水系统,消防系统。ABSTRACTThedesignhereisa21-floors’integratedbuilding,with

5、icefrom1stfloorto21stfloor.Watersupplysystem:the2ndundergroundfloortothe3rdonthegroundisthelowareaandwaterissupplieddirectlyfrommunicipalwatersupplynetwork;the4thto12thflooristhemiddlearea;13thto21stisthehigharea.Thewaterinmiddleandhighareaissupplied
6、bytheinverterpump.Hotwatersupplysystem:thesystem,usedbycentralizedwatersupplysystem,isaclosedcentralizedareawatersupplysystem.Thehotwaterdistributionnetineachareaisseparated.Theheatingequipmentandcirculationpumparedesignedonthe2ndundergroundfloor,wit
