1、本设计是黔南州某综合楼给排水及热水系统设计,设设计总说明本设计是黔南州某综合楼给排水及热水系统设计,设计的主要内容包括:给水系统、排水系统、屋面雨水系统和热水系统四个部分。本工程为高层综合楼,建筑高度为57.0米,共十四层,地下一层为车库,地上十三层为宾馆客房和办公用房。建筑以城市给水管网作为水源,建筑东侧龙山大道上有一根DN150的市政管网,供水水压为0.35MP,市政管网不允许直接抽水。经技术经济比较,给水系统采用分区供水方式,一至三层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。四层到十三层为高区,采用变频泵给水。排水系统采用的是污、废分流制,底层单独排水。污水经化粪池处理后排入城市管网集中送至
2、城区集中污水处理厂,市政排水干管DN400,管底埋深2.5~3.0m。雨水系统采用外排水系统,设雨水斗和立管,雨水斗采用重力流雨水斗。该建筑的功能决定了其对热水供应的要求很高,所以采用集中全天热水供应系统,冷水通过半容积式加热器采用机械循环系统加热后,经热水管网送到个用水点,为保证任何时刻均达到设计水温,设计采用半容积式加热器。关键词:建筑给水系统,排水系统,热水系统,雨水系统注:本设计来源于生产实际。IntroductionofdesignThisdesignisacomplexbuildingQiannandrainageandhotwatersystemdesign,thede
