1、北京航空航天大学第十七届“冯如杯”学生课外学术科技作品竞赛论文第IV页超细水雾手提灭火器的研制摘要细水雾灭火技术以其环保性好、灭火迅速、耗水量低、破坏性小以及适用面宽等特点,已成为国际消防领域关注研究的热点之一。将细水雾应用在移动灭火器上具有重大的社会和经济效益。本文以水为灭火介质,利用气体挤压和液体雾化技术,研制超细水雾手提灭火器。本文分析了气泡雾化的可行性和产生方法,进行了灭火器的总体设计,设计选择了气瓶和压力水罐等辅助系统,设计了气液双路扳机阀,设计了一种气泡雾化喷嘴,最后再试验的基础上做出了一套产品样机。本文重点对气泡雾化技术进行了设计研究,
2、首先,在总结前人理论研究的基础上从两相流理论出发确定了气泡雾化喷嘴的如下重要参数:喷嘴喉部尺寸、喷嘴气孔数、气孔直径、进水孔数目、进水孔直径。在理论上论证了气泡雾化喷嘴雾化的可能性,并且设计了一系列的不同几何参数的喷嘴零件。其次,对设计加工的试件,采用不同方案的试验。验证理论设计的可靠性,通过实验确定了喷嘴喉部尺寸、喷嘴气孔数、气孔直径、气孔分布、水孔数目、水孔直径,使得喷嘴能够满足灭火器的总体要求。关键词:细水雾,喷嘴,两相流,灭火器,阀门北京航空航天大学第十七届“冯如杯”学生课外学术科技作品竞赛论文第IV页DesignonBack-PackFir

4、reextinguishingunitofwatermistwasconducted.Aboveall,asthepapercalculatedthesystem,wechoosethegasbottleandwatertankwhichcanworkinginconditionofhighpressure.Then,wedesignedatwo-pathdeadlinevalve.Inordertodevelopanewtechniquepathfornewmethodofproducingwatermist,wedesignedanefferve
5、scentatomizerbasedonfluidmechanicsofeffervescentatomization.Atthelastwedesignedaproductoffireextinguishingunit.Effervescentatomizationisanewmethodofproducingwatermistwithtwo-phasefluid.Thisdesignincludestwoparts:Firstly,basedonthereviewofstudydonebeforeandthetheoryoftwo-phasefl
6、ow,someimportantparametersoftheeffervescentatomizer,includingthethroatdiameter,thenumberofgasholesandthediametersanddistributions,thenumberofwaterholesanddiameters,weredetermined.Thefeasibilityoftheeffervescentatomizerwasprovedtheoretically,andaseriesofatomizerparts,withdiffere
