1、摘要本设计说明书是关于浮头式换热器的设计,主要是进行了换热器的工艺计算、换热器的结构和强度设计。换热器是化工、炼油、动力、食品、轻工、原子能、制药、机械及其它许多工业部门广泛使用的一种通用设备。近二三十年来,化工、石油、轻工等过程工业得到了迅猛发展。因此,要求提供尺寸小,重量轻、换热能力大的换热设备。在设计过程中,我尽量采用较新的国家标准,做到既满足设计要求,又使结构优化,降低成本,以提高经济效益为主,力争使产品符合生产实际需要,适合市场激烈的竞争。同时为了使本次设计能够进行顺利,我在设计前参阅了许多有关书籍和英文文献,并做了一定
2、量的外文翻译工作。设计的前半部分主要是对换热器的原理、结构进行的详细的描述,从而进行换热器的选型,结构设计分析。设计的后半部分则是关于结构和强度的设计,主要是根据已经选定的换热器型式进行设备内各零部件的设计,如管板、折流板、定距管、钩圈、管箱等。包括:设计计算、材料的选择、具体尺寸确定、确定具体位置、管板厚度的计算、浮头盖和浮头法兰厚度的计算、开孔补强计算等。关键词:浮头式换热器设计校核全套图纸,加ABSTRACTThisdesignmanualisaboutthefloatingheadheatexchangerdesign,m
